Superb Hotel Experience

I stayed in a balcony room, and I LOVED the soundproofing after closing the French doors. The hotel offers complimentary day passes to a nearby gym and pool, providing great recreation options. The hotel gave complimentary water, coke, and chocolates. I found the location great. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
The only minor issue was that I wished the hotel offered face towels.

The breakfast package was AMAZING!!! Staff at breakfast were especially nice. The hotel provides a fantastic start to a long day of exploring the area, ensuring guests are well-prepared for their activities.

the staff was very accommodating during check-in. i unexpectedly received an upgrade to a beautiful room. a complimentary bottle of wine awaited me. the mini fridge had various beverages and snacks.
The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, causing some humidity after showers. This issue was reported but not resolved .

the location was quite convenient for accessing many parts of the city by foot or public transport it made exploring easy
the room felt a bit outdated the furniture showed wear and tear with noticeable marks the bathroom fixtures also seemed old and not as well-kept as i hoped there was a lingering musty smell that i found unpleasant and difficult to ignore it detracted from the overall experience
