Superb Hotel Experience
balcony room great soundproofing complimentary water excellent location
I stayed in a balcony room, and I LOVED the soundproofing after closing the French doors. The hotel offers complimentary day passes to a nearby gym and pool, providing great recreation options. The hotel gave complimentary water, coke, and chocolates. I found the location great. Many restaurants are within walking distance.
The only minor issue was that I wished the hotel offered face towels.

The breakfast package was AMAZING!!! Staff at breakfast were especially nice. The hotel provides a fantastic start to a long day of exploring the area, ensuring guests are well-prepared for their activities.

the mini-bar was presented as complimentary upon arrival, staff encouraged us to take what we wanted. no items were refilled . i found a lack of follow-through on service commitments.

nice stay
accommodating staff room upgrade complimentary wine stocked mini fridge
the staff was very accommodating during check-in. i unexpectedly received an upgrade to a beautiful room. a complimentary bottle of wine awaited me. the mini fridge had various beverages and snacks.
The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, causing some humidity after showers. This issue was reported but not resolved .

the room featured modern decor and amenities. it was clean and well-kept. the bed was comfortable with quality linens. the space included a small seating area and ample storage.

the hotel is situated on a main thoroughfare. many shops and restaurants surround it. access to the subway is very close. several attractions are within easy walking distance.

the staff consistently gave helpful advice. they also assisted me with restaurant reservations. the breakfast service included made-to-order eggs and fresh pastries. the team stored my luggage after checkout, and offered goodbye candies.

central location complimentary minibar dated room worn furniture
the location was certainly central (near many attractions). the hotel offered a complimentary minibar which was a nice touch.
my room looked somewhat dated. the furniture showed some wear and tear (it could use some updating).

adequate stay with minor issues
outdated furniture musty smell
the location was quite convenient for accessing many parts of the city by foot or public transport it made exploring easy
the room felt a bit outdated the furniture showed wear and tear with noticeable marks the bathroom fixtures also seemed old and not as well kept as i hoped there was a lingering musty smell that i found unpleasant and difficult to ignore it detracted from the overall experience
